How we work
Nothing publishes on a model's say-so. Two independent extraction engines must agree, deterministic rules must pass, and a stratified human audit establishes accuracy with stated statistical confidence — batch by batch, with every chain link cited to its book and page. And when your workflow doesn't fit the tool, we change the tool: our engineers configure Recordant around your use cases and deliver a working system, not a toolkit.
Who we are
Recordant was founded by Mitchem Boles and Jonathan Bennett — a builder's answer to years spent watching great land teams lose weeks to records that should take minutes. The beachhead is Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Wyoming; coverage requests set the queue from there.
